roof rails

Hey everyone, I have a sport that I'm looking to install roof rails onto. my mom has a trailhawk. I am looking to take the roof rails off the trailhawk and install them onto my sport. would it be possible to switch her roof rails with my sports plastic rain guards? if i remove the rain guards...
