Plastic holding my battery down is broken

I've got a 2018 Jeep Renegade and I've been having trouble with the battery dying. A few times now I've gone to start it and it's completely dead. I finally got a chance to really look at it and I found that the plastic piece that holds the battery down is broken. It looks like the negative terminal isn't staying tight because of it. I'm guessing that's why it's losing charge. I'd rather not go to the dealership if I don't have to. Does anyone know where I can get just that hold-down piece? Or if there's a good aftermarket option? Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

Yep, the hold down clamp is very important coz if the battery isn't secure, it can loosen the terminals and cause all sorts of issues. You can usually get a replacement from Mopar or even Amazon/eBay. It has to be the fit for the 2018 Renegade specifically so make sure of that

Could be like the broken battery hold down is causing a loose negative terminal, which would explain the dying battery . You can usually find just the hold-down piece from online Jeep parts retailers, sites like MoparParts, or even Amazon, type in "2018 Jeep Renegade battery hold-down clamp." There are also some aftermarket universal clamps that can work if you want a quick, affordable fix without going through the dealership.
